Job Description

Description: Under the direction of  a senior executive in Technology, provides a wide range of support in including managing phone, calendars, preparation of meeting materials and coordinating events with Sr. Executives.      This is an excellent opportunity to get exposure to, and interact with Senior Executives in Technology and across BNY Mellon. 


Provides support on projects/programs and assists with implementation of policies, standards, and/or processes .

Reviews documentation and project plans and provides executive summaries.   

Performs research and conducts data analysis to assist with strategic initiatives. 

Assists in communicating straightforward policies, standards, and processes within the business or function.        

Assists with scheduling, travel coordination, phone and material preparation.

Provide additional support to other Executives, including the CIO as needed.


Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required             

MS office – Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint experience required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

1-3  years of experience preferred in an administrative, coordination or planning role required; related internship experience is a plus.
