Job Description

Regulatory Oversight Management - S4 Supports management in the day-to-day efforts related to first line of defense regulatory oversight management by performing a diverse set of activities in monitoring compliance with laws, regulations and related policies. Collects and organizes relevant compliance- related information of a higher complexity. This position requires general knowledge of the Financial Services Industry and compliance concepts. Must demonstrate oral and written communication skills and the ability to understand compliance policies and procedures. With limited supervision, assists with verifying more intricate or multi-faceted practices against policies following an established set of procedures. Tracks more complex regulatory and compliance data, and provides as needed to support the development of management reports. Provides information needed for team to counsel business personnel on compliance with more complex policies. Works with the business directly to exchange information related to compliance practices. No direct reports. Provides guidance to less experienced team members, as needed. Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.


High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelors degree preferred. 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
