Specialist, Real Estate Portfolio Analytics
The candidate conducts and manages reporting services on behalf of assigned clients and moderately complex real estate funds including aggregation of both financial and non-financial data. Responsible for oversight for the calculation of various cuts of performance returns at investment level on both levered and unlevered basis and preparing reports analyzing net operating growth and trends at investment, regional and sector levels. Provides input into calculation and aggregation methodologies in order to determine most efficient processes to provide all required client requested data in a timely manner. Provides guidance and reviews work related to extracting specific data elements from various source files and systems into specific client based templates and databases in an efficient and streamlined manner. Ability to train/coach junior staff members and effectively communicate with client on a daily basis to ensure all deliverables are submitted timely.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
5-7 years of total work experience strongly preferred
Strong Excel skills required with working knowledge of advanced excel functionality
Prior management strongly preferred
Real estate fund experience preferred
