Sr. Analyst, Business Planning and Analysis
Business Planning and Analysis - IC1 Conducts analyses and reporting in support of general business operations and planning activities. Gathers, organizes and reviews operational data/metrics to analyze data. Extrapolates and complies analyses for use in reports or presentations. Advance knowledge of Excel is required, while Access capabilities are a plus. Communicates effectively with technical and business staff. Develops and delivers both informational and decision-seeking reports, analyses and/or presentations. Strong verbal and written communication as related to presentations, procedures, and training. Stays abreast of organization and function operations and gains familiarity with company practices relevant to metrics, performance indicators, reporting protocols, etc. Participates on project teams, providing project lead and analytical support to achieve project objectives while using Microsoft Project. Strong knowledge on the Microsoft suite of applications is a must. Creativity and professionalism in designing presentations, communications, and marketing materials for Control Management is sought. Demonstrates the ability to: reprioritize accordingly, take ownership of deliverables, and learn across a span of topics/tasks. No direct reports. Contributes to the achievement of team objectives with moderate guidance.
QualificationsBachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
