Senior Specialist Senior Relationship Manager
Sr. Specialist Senior Relationship Manager->> Liaises between CTS and multiple business units to support their complex technology needs. Leads and provides direction and guidance for a wide array of activities supporting the CTS Excellence program. Coordination across CTS for cost optimization and transformation initiatives, managing diverse data sets and KPIs, creating scorecards monthly. Leads, develops and manages multiple client relationships within the business unit to ensure client satisfaction and the development of efficient business systems. Represents user area to CTS departments in complex system enhancements and design activities to ensure changes take into account business needs. Negotiates, extends, terminates, and renegotiates contracts for acquisition of equipment, materials, products, or services. Evaluates and monitors processes and tools for different types of contracts, risk assessment, dispute and issue resolution through continual review of existing policies and procedures.Contributes to the achievement of area objectives.
The ideal candidate for this position would possess the following skills:
· Project management
· Vendor management and Sourcing
· Strong communication skills for coordinating broad project
· Works effectively with small and large groups
· Financial analytic abilities
· Core consulting toolkit, Excel and Powerpoint
QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree is beneficial, 8-10 years of related experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
