Conducts analyses and reporting in support of general business operations, special projects/initiatives and/or strategic/operational planning activities. May serve as a project lead, enlisting support from more junior staff or peers. Independently applies established processes or develops new methods to gather, organize and review operational data/metrics; analyze and synthesize the data; then compile into dashboards, reports or presentations. May contribute to development of new processes or procedures for required analytics. Navigates the entire firm, especially operational and control groups, in order to effectively complete tasks. Is a resource to more junior staff on complex or unprecedented issues. Communicates effectively with technical and business staff. Develops and delivers both informational and decision-seeking reports, analyses and/or presentations. Stays abreast of organization and function operations and is familiar with company practices relevant to metrics, performance indicators, reporting protocols, etc. May lead special projects/ initiatives for the function or business unit. No direct reports; may provide guidance to less experienced staff or project leadership on a limited basis. Contributes to the achievement of function or business unit objectives. Work product supports data-driven decision-making by team, functional or business unit leaders. Survey research analysis, & Tableau SW & Statistical software experience preferred.
Analytic experience: theme analysis (text analytics), (statistically significant confidence analysis), (analysis of program success), (analysis of trends), (ad hoc reports)
Review client and colleague feedback and produce reports that are actionable
File generation & manipulation skills: generating feedback buttons
“customer service” / presentation / communication skills
Strong Project management and the ability to present to senior management
Bachelor s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 5-7 years of total work experience is preferred; experience in securities or financial services is preferred.
